In this second edition, Luigi Puello and Nicole Baba, renowned chefs known for their unique and exquisite cuisine, have worked in collaboration with TASTE to offer four menus for two specially created to enhance the experience of Le Dîner in Blanc - Santo Domingo.

 , Is the main gastronomic event of the Dominican Republic and is a platform for communication and promotion of gastronomy in all its axes. Since October 2009, it shares the best of the gastronomy in its networks, it informs the most relevant of the gastronomy in their newslwtter and web page. Every year, they celebrate the main international meeting of gastronomy in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. Hence the collaboration with Chef Luigi Puello, Academic Director of the Dominican Culinary Institute (@icdchef), and Food and Beverage Operations Manager of SDQ Events and Chef Nicole Baba. In addition, chef Puello has been Food Stylist and restaurant advisor for over 2 decades. It has more than 20 years of experience in the area, serving a public with the highest standards in our country.
 
For the creation of Le Dîner en Blanc menus in Blanc Santo Domingo, Chefs were inspired by their travels around the world. Through its most exquisite creations we will visit the eastern part of the United States, the western part of the United States, Europe, and all of South America. All with the highest quality standards.

Do not worry! We have not forgotten the drink, we have chosen a selection of wines, including JP Chenet, Apothic, and champagnes like Laurent Perrier, who make perfect pairings for their meals, these are also available in our online store.

Orders from the online menu options and beverages must be received by December 3 at 12 pm. All food and beverage baskets will be distributed at the event.

Note: Le Dîner en Blanc gives you the option to purchase these menus and thus live the experience with total glamor, but you are free to create your own basket yourself and take it. On the other hand, you are not permitted to brying your own alcohol. This is a strict policy of the city of Santo Domingo. Guests wishing to drink wine or champagne at the event must purchase it through the online store.

Please note that Le Dîner en Blanc allows a maximum of five bottles per table. Remember to bring your printed copy of receipt to withdraw your orders.
